All the residents feathered and furry at Sandalwood Downs Toodyay are excited to announce that Sandalwood Downs is now open to the public as A Day at the Farm Toodyay. A Day at the Farm is a unique, fun, and educational experience for the whole family. You will get a chance to feed, pat, and interact with all our animals. This includes cows, donkeys, alpacas, camels, deer, sheep, goats, pigs, emus, rabbits, peacocks, turkeys, geese, guinea fowl, guinea pigs, chickens, ducks and our three beautiful farm dogs.
Opening days will be Saturday and Sunday and all public holidays except Christmas Day and during the School Holidays (Thursday & Friday)
Two daily sessions will run from 9:30 am to 12 pm and from 1 pm to 3:30 pm.
– Guests 13 years of age and over $20
– Children 1 -12 years of age $15
– Infants under 12 months free.
Numbers will be capped at 25 people per session to ensure a more personalized fun time with the animals. Please note if the weather is 34 degrees or over, A Day at the Farm will only operate a morning session due to the animal’s comfort and safety. It’s advisable to check the weather conditions.
You are welcome to bring a picnic lunch and enjoy the beautiful grounds of Sandalwood Downs.
Accommodation is available at Sandalwood Downs in the form of a bed and breakfast farm stay, Camping and tent sites are also available.
